Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to love your RAEETH pieces. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Timeframe: Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
- How to Cancel: Email support@raeeth.com immediately with your Order ID and request for cancellation.
- Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may then initiate a return after receiving the item (subject to conditions below).
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original tags and labels are attached.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted during clearance events.
- Innerwear, swimwear, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process
- Email returns@raeeth.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the item (if defective).
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
- Approval: If the item meets our return conditions, we will approve your refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (via Razorpay). Bank processing times may vary.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
