Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to love your RAEETH pieces. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Timeframe: Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
  • How to Cancel: Email support@raeeth.com immediately with your Order ID and request for cancellation.
  • Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may then initiate a return after receiving the item (subject to conditions below).

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags and labels are attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted during clearance events.
  • Innerwear, swimwear, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.

3. Return Process

  1. Email returns@raeeth.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the item (if defective).
  2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
  • Approval: If the item meets our return conditions, we will approve your refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (via Razorpay). Bank processing times may vary.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
